About NFESD:

The National Forum for Environment and Sustainable Development (NFESD) is a Yemeni civil, non-governmental, non-profit organization that was established in Yemen in 2021. The forum is working in areas related to the environment, sustainable development in Yemen.

About the Role:

NFESD recognizes the importance of strategic partnerships in achieving our mission and maximizing our impact. As a Partnerships Volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting the development, management, and strengthening of partnerships with various stakeholders, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Assist with identifying, researching, and contacting potential partners.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with partners through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Partnership Agreements: Support the development and negotiation of partnership agreements.
• Project Collaboration: Assist with the planning and implementation of collaborative projects with partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and foster collaboration.
• Networking: Attend networking events and conferences to represent NFESD and build relationships with potential partners.
• Partnership Monitoring: Track and monitor partnership activities and progress.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in partnership development, relationship management, or related fields is desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of partnership strategies and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English Language.
