About NFESD:
The National Forum for Environment and Sustainable Development (NFESD) is a Yemeni civil, non-governmental, non-profit organization that was established in Yemen in 2021. The forum is working in areas related to the environment, sustainable development in Yemen.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write and develop original content for websites, blogs, articles, newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.
- Content Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and style, ensuring high-quality standards.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars and strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure content is accurate, informative, and engaging.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.
- Audience Engagement: Create content that resonates with the target audience and encourages interaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information.
- Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- A portfolio of writing samples is required.
